When life feels heavy or overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone.

How I Work
A calm, steady, and reflective space to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.Therapy with me isn’t about being given tools, tips, or quick fixes. It’s about understanding the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you think, feel, relate, and respond to life.My Integrative ApproachIntegrative therapy is grounded in the understanding that we are made up of interconnected parts — our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, body, relationships, and sense of meaning. When these fall out of balance, we can feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.Rather than relying on a single approach, therapy is tailored to you and may draw on different methods at different times, including:Reflective and emotional exploration (humanistic)Exploring early experiences and unconscious patterns (psychodynamic)Developing practical coping strategies and new behaviours (CBT)Working with body awareness and stress responses (somatic)The result is a therapy that is responsive, flexible, and shaped around your individual needs.
